30-Day Challenge: Day Eight

Week two has begun! It was an easy exercise day today after yesterday’s​ cram session. Had a really rough time with sleep last night. Somehow the combination of the time change and some bizarre reflux episode at 1:30am combined to make me pretty lethargic today, but I muscled through.

  • Around 6 hours of sleep (so that didn’t go well)
  • Quiet Time (still in John)
  • Stretches
  • 30-minute walk
  • No HIIT today (muscles still sore from yesterday’s double up)

Food choices were still good today, but I’m pretty tired tonight. Hopefully, I’ll get a decent night’s rest tonight. Next up… Day Nine!
