30-Day Challenge: Day Fifteen

Setting goals in the midst of the busiest work season I’ve had has created some interesting challenges. I did my stretches and my walk today, but not my HIIT… because I didn’t get home until 8:30pm due to some pressing things that I had to do and these pressing things really required the use of the three monitors I have at the office. The likelihood of errors when doing them on one remotely were too great. Either way, I would have been working through my HIIT period. In fact, I still have to work tonight. Nevertheless, we endure and move forward.

  • A little over 6 hours of sleep
  • Quiet time
  • 30-minute walk (easy pace – knee is still a bit sore)
  • No HIIT

Halfway point!! Onward to Day 16!
