30-Day Challenge: Day Five

Another successful day! I actually jogged for a few minutes during my walk and that felt pretty good!

  • 7+ hours of sleep
  • Quiet time (John and Psalms)
  • 30 minute walk/run
  • No HIIT today. 4th one is tomorrow

Good food choices again. I’m a bit more lethargic, but that happened the last time I did this, so it’s expected. Onward to Day Six! (The weekends are a bigger challenge just due to the change up of routine…Let’s see how it goes!)
