30-Day Challenge: Day Four

Another day down! Still suffering from some back pain, so I’ve had to go a bit easy, but it was better than yesterday so I could push it a little bit more.

  • 7+ hours of sleep
  • Quiet time (John today)
  • Back stretches
  • 30 minute walk
  • HIIT
    • Wide arm push-ups (totally did the cheater style here)
    • X-Body Mountain Climbers
    • Reverse Lunges (supposed to be Burpees but those hurt my back)
    • High Knees
    • Prisoner Squats

Good food choices and still able to avoid any food after 7pm. Day Five tomorrow!
