30-Day Challenge: Day Six

I know – I’m late with this post. We went out to a friend’s for dinner last night and I just spaced posting the update when we got back last night. But it was another good day yesterday, although the day ended with an unexpected migraine (still uncertain what the trigger was this time), it was still a successful day.

  • 7+ hours of sleep
  • Quiet Time
  • Stretches
  • 30-minute walk IN THE RAIN (actually ran for a few minutes – really felt good honestly)
  • No HIIT (I’ll have to do one today to make my goal of 4 per week)

My food choices were good overall, but I indulged in a rather decadent GF/DF desert, so I’m not sure if that was my trigger, but I don’t think so. Nothing in it was that unusual that I can think of, honestly. Regardless, I am going to pull back and go back to no sugar at all for the duration of this challenge. Almost through the first week! w00t!
