30-Day Challenge: Day Three

Another successful day. Woohoo! Here’s the breakdown:

  1. 7 hours+ of sleep
  2. Stretching this morning (specifically back focused due to tweaking my back yesterday)
  3. 30 minute walk (a bit slower, again, due to my back)
  4. HIIT workout (~10 minutes):
    • Diamond push-ups (had to do it cheater style)
    • Mountain climbers
    • Jumping jacks
    • Reverse lunges
    • Jump squats

Good food choices and my back is certainly feeling better. Onward to Day 4!
