30-Day Challenge: Day Twelve

I worked from home today, so it was once again tricky to schedule my walk, but I did get that in and it was a successful day. Tonight will be a challenge as I have to report to work at 7pm and then work until we’re done (could be 10pm, could be 1am). It’s likely I will need to eat something here if it goes for too long, but I’ll figure something out.

  • Quiet Time (1 Corinthians)
  • Stretches
  • 30-minute walk (almost got two miles with no jogging)
  • HIIT
    • Spiderman Push-up (3rd set was a bit of a cheat… wow, I was worn out)
    • Mountain Climber (I can do these pretty successfully without involving my back, so these will stay in)
    • Jumping Lunge
    • Bodyweight Squat
    • Plank

Onward to Day 13!!
